Matriks reserves the right to change all products and services, pages, information, and visual elements on this website without prior notice.

Intellectual property rights in any data or information provided by Borsa Istanbul and foreign exchanges, and in all data or information provided through Matriks from Borsa Istanbul and foreign exchanges, belong to Borsa Istanbul and the relevant foreign exchanges.

The BIST (BORSA İSTANBUL) name and logo are protected under a registered trademark and may not be used, reproduced, or altered without authorization. All copyright in information disclosed under the BIST name belongs entirely to BIST and may not be republished. In addition, copyright in data provided by third-party and other data providers belongs to the respective data source; such data may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Features offered as part of Matriks services may be provided through third-party software, technology infrastructure, artificial intelligence models, algorithms, or service providers. All intellectual and industrial property rights in such systems belong to the respective rights holders. Your use of the services shall not be interpreted as an assignment of those rights or as creating any intellectual property right in your favor.

Artificial intelligence–enabled services

Matriks may use AI-enabled systems in the services it provides. Questions or requests entered by users may be processed through automated systems to produce data, analyses, summaries, or similar outputs.

Content provided through AI-enabled services is for general information only. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or out of date.

Questions, commands, text, and similar content entered into the system by the user may be processed for the purpose of providing the service, system security, error detection, and performance improvement. The user agrees not to enter confidential information or third-party data into the system without authorization. In the event of a breach of this obligation, Matriks may suspend or permanently terminate the user's account without prior notice. Any damages, legal liability, or third-party claims arising from unauthorized data entry are solely the user's responsibility; Matriks assumes no liability in this respect.

Where services are delivered via third-party technology or AI service providers, the terms and policies of those third-party providers may also apply.

Disclaimer regarding content

Information on this website is provided "as is" and "as available." Matriks does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of this information and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matriks gives no warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from computer viruses, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Membership

Matriks reserves the right to restrict access, or to suspend or permanently terminate accounts, without prior notice for users who breach these Terms of Service, enter unauthorized data, misuse the system, or act contrary to general legal rules. Any damages and legal liability arising from such breaches are the user's responsibility.

You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any username and email address used to access or register for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activity under your password or account. You agree to notify Matriks immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach, and to log out at the end of each session. Matriks cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply.
